Butterfield named winner in Garver Chain Reaction Challenge

Butterfield Trail Middle School (BTMS) has been named a winner in the Garver Chain Reaction Challenge. The contest was created to celebrate Garver's 100th anniversary. Headquartered in North Little Rock, the engineering, planning, architectural, and environmental services invited 100 schools to compete in the event. Schools were challenged to build a Rube Goldberg-style chain reaction machine that accomplishes a menial task in a complicated way, using a kit provided by Garver. BTMS was one of only nine schools recognized as a contest winner.
