Special Programs:
Shurley English, Saxon Phonics, Saxon Math, Core Knowledge, Quiz Bowl, Student Council, Great Expectations, Step-up to Writing, Tutor Program, and Teacher Advancement Program (TAP), Jump Rope for Heart Demonstration Team, Accelerated Reader, Outdoor Nature Center, Chorus.

Technology:
Students and teachers have e-mail and Internet access through classroom computers as well as the twelve station media lab. All classrooms have TVs with cable, Aver Key connections to computers. Math students have access to level specific calculators. Closed circuit TV announcements are produced daily. A Smart Board is available for classroom use. Students use digital cameras create PowerPoint presentations and monitor their reading progress through the Accelerated Reader Program.
