IMPACT: Supporting Van Buren Students in Need

Established in 2016, IMPACT provides “meals at critical times” to Van Buren students who may encounter food deficits at home. Non-perishable grocery items are provided to families during extended school breaks such as Thanksgiving, the holidays, and Spring Break. Counselors at each campus help identify eligible families to participate in the program. 

IMPACT is primarily funded by the generosity of community donors, who help ensure no student in our district goes hungry.
