Special Services
The Special Programs Department provides services to students with a variety of special needs from 3 to 21 years of age. Early childhood special education services include developmental therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy for students ages 3 to 5. When students are ready to start kindergarten, a transition to kindergarten conference is conducted for each early childhood student. School age special education services include, but are not limited to: academic specialized instruction, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychoeducational evaluations, and services for students that are placed in a homebound setting and/or private school.
